OPERATING ENTITY & MOR COMPLIANCE CLASSIFICATION
DIGITAL SAAS / MOR VERIFIED

TheBrandAttire is operated by Summer Labs IN / TheBrandAttire Inc. ([email protected]). The platform provides software tools for digital media sponsorship asset licensing, vector asset rendering, and digital impression verification telemetry. All online transactions, billing authorizations, tax invoicing, and checkout processing are conducted by Dodo Payments Inc. as Merchant of Record for digital software, SaaS products, and digital advertising rights.

Dodo Payments MoR Escrow

Payments and digital license authorizations are processed via Dodo Payments Inc. (Merchant of Record), supporting Global Cards & Indian UPI/RuPay.

Digital Assets & Self-Execution

Winning sponsors receive instant digital vector creative delivery. Creators independently self-print and apply brand decals onto their personal wardrobe.

X.com Attendance Proof

Escrow release is contingent upon publishing photographic/video proof from the event floor on X.com tagging @thebrandattire during active event hours.

1. Merchant of Record (MoR) Digital Asset Classification

When a sponsor places a bid or books a digital ad banner, the transaction is processed via Dodo Payments Inc. as Merchant of Record. The product purchased is a Digital Sponsorship Asset License granting non-exclusive software placement rights, high-resolution vector artwork files, and digital impression verification telemetry. TheBrandAttire never directly stores or processes raw credit card credentials or banking secrets.

2. Disintermediation & SaaS Technology Platform Status

TheBrandAttire is strictly a software marketplace technology intermediary. We do NOT provide manual physical labor, apparel manufacturing, garment printing, embroidery, or conference event staging. Participating speakers, keynote presenters, and conference attendees act as independent third-party operators who retain 100% personal control over their attire, decal printing, and physical event participation.

3. Mandatory X.com Proof-of-Performance Protocol

To protect sponsor capital and eliminate fraudulent claims, escrow payouts are strictly locked until the creator satisfies the public proof protocol:

  • Creator/Attendee attends the conference, summit, or gala wearing designated apparel with high-resolution brand decals in place.
  • Creator publishes a public photo or video from the event floor on X.com (formerly Twitter) tagging @thebrandattire.
  • Upon proof verification, net funds (87%) are remitted to the Creator. In the event of no-show or failure to provide X.com proof within 24 hours, 100% of the held escrow is refunded to the sponsor via Dodo Payments.

4. Outbid Refund Mechanics & Chargeback Prevention

When outbid prior to auction close, 100% of your core bid principal is refunded automatically to your original payment card or UPI account via Dodo Payments. The upfront 5% platform verification fee is retained to cover anti-bot software defenses and live queue management. Users agree to resolve any billing questions directly with platform support at [email protected] prior to filing payment disputes or chargebacks.

5. Non-Mediation / Peer-to-Peer Intermediary Status

TheBrandAttire does not act as an arbitrator, mediator, or judicial agent. Sponsorship agreements are formed peer-to-peer between the Sponsor and Creator. Our role is strictly limited to programmatic digital asset licensing, software vector delivery, escrow custody via Dodo Payments, and objective X.com proof verification.
